Frequently asked questions

How much does monthly management cost?

Our three plans cost ¥11,000, ¥25,000 and ¥55,000 per villa per month, including tax. Visit frequency and service scope are agreed in your contract to suit the property and how you use it.

Can I book cleaning or garden care on its own?

Yes. Individual visits are available with or without a management contract. Indoor cleaning starts at ¥22,000; mowing and leaf clearing start at ¥16,500.

Can you arrange winter water shut-off and reconnection?

Yes. Each service starts at ¥8,800 per visit. We confirm the plumbing, water-heating equipment and work required before arranging the visit.

Are mowing and snow clearing included in the monthly fee?

Hands-on tasks such as mowing and snow clearing are additional services. We confirm the area, snow conditions and workload, then agree the price before starting.

Do I need to leave a key with you?

Exterior-only checks may not require a key. For indoor checks or arrival preparations, we agree storage, permission to enter and handover records in advance.

Can I contact you about an urgent problem?

Please call and describe the situation. We will check conditions and staff or contractor availability, then discuss the options. Immediate attendance and round-the-clock service are not guaranteed.
